About This Medicine
Product description & overview
Jusgo 100mg/325mg Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100mg and Paracetamol 325mg. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, provides analgesic and antipyretic effects by acting centrally to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. This combination is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other inflammatory conditions. Jusgo is effective in reducing pain, inflammation, and fever, improving patient mobility and quality of life. The tablet should be administered orally, preferably after meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort. Caution is advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or paracetamol. Concomitant use with other NSAIDs or hepatotoxic drugs should be avoided. Regular monitoring may be required during prolonged therapy. Jusgo 100mg/325mg Tablet offers a balanced approach to pain management by combining anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, making it suitable for various acute and chronic pain conditions under medical supervision.
