Joymol M DS Oral Suspension is a combination analgesic and antipyretic formulation containing Mefenamic Acid 100 mg and Paracetamol 250 mg per dose. Mefenamic Acid, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever.
