Deflazacort exerts its therapeutic effects by modulating the immune response and inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators, thereby reducing tissue inflammation and immune system overactivity. Jamcort 6 is also utilized in the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy to improve muscle strength and function.
