HHSONE Cream contains mometasone furoate 0.10% w/w, a potent synthetic corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties. It is indicated for the relief of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, including eczema, psoriasis, allergic reactions, and dermatitis. Mometasone exerts its effect by binding to glucocorticoid receptors, thereby modulating the expression of anti-inflammatory proteins and suppressing the release of pro-inflammatory mediators. HHSONE Cream is intended for topical application to affected skin areas, providing targeted relief while minimizing systemic exposure. The formulation is suitable for use in adults and children over the age of two years. Application should be limited to the prescribed duration and quantity to reduce the risk of adverse effects such as skin atrophy, telangiectasia, or hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression. HHSONE Cream is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to mometasone or any component of the formulation, as well as in viral, bacterial, or fungal skin infections unless appropriate antimicrobial therapy is concurrently administered. Caution is advised when used on large surface areas, under occlusion, or on thin skin regions. Patients should be monitored for local and systemic side effects during prolonged therapy.
