Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system.
