Cyproheptadine is an antihistamine with antiserotonergic properties, primarily used to alleviate allergic conditions such as rhinitis, urticaria, and pruritus by blocking H1 histamine receptors. It also exhibits appetite-stimulating effects, making it beneficial in cases of anorexia or weight loss associated with chronic illnesses. Tricholine Citrate acts as a choleretic and lipotropic agent, promoting bile secretion and facilitating lipid metabolism, thereby aiding in the management of hepatic insufficiency and fatty liver conditions.
