Halobetasol exerts anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects by modulating the release of inflammatory mediators and suppressing immune responses in the skin. Halomesh Cream is primarily used in the management of conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, and lichen planus, providing rapid relief from symptoms including redness, swelling, itching, and discomfort. The cream formulation allows for effective penetration into the affected skin layers, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes. It is intended for external use only and should be applied in a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily as directed by a healthcare professional.
