About This Medicine
Product description & overview
Enzomac Plus Tablet is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Trypsin (48mg), Bromelain (90mg), Rutoside (100mg), and Diclofenac (50mg), designed to provide effective anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and fibrinolytic effects. Trypsin and Bromelain are proteolytic enzymes that facilitate the breakdown of proteins and promote the reduction of edema and inflammation by enhancing tissue repair and accelerating the resolution of inflammatory exudates. Rutoside, a bioflavonoid, exhibits antioxidant properties and strengthens capillary walls, thereby reducing capillary permeability and fragility, which contributes to the alleviation of swelling and bruising. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, leading to decreased synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Enzomac Plus is indicated for the management of acute musculoskeletal disorders, postoperative inflammation, soft tissue injuries, and conditions involving pain and swelling such as sprains, strains, and contusions. The combined action of enzymatic and NSAID components ensures rapid symptomatic relief and promotes faster recovery. It should be used under medical supervision, considering contraindications such as hypersensitivity to any component, gastrointestinal ulcers, or bleeding disorders.
